What materials are ThermalCrystal watches made from?
Our timepieces are crafted using high-grade, premium materials. Depending on the model, this includes 316L marine-grade stainless steel casings, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass or hardened mineral crystal, and precise mechanical or quartz movements. Are ThermalCrystal watches water-resistant?
Yes, most of our watches feature water resistance ranging from 3 ATM (splash-proof) to 5 ATM or higher. We highly advise reviewing the specific atmospheric rating outlined in your model’s product description before exposing your watch to water, swimming, or water sports.
2. Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a fully secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards—including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and JCB—as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your security is our priority. All transactions are routed through certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways, protected by industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. ThermalCrystal never stores or has access to your full financial details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our processing team works quickly to dispatch orders, we can only accommodate order modifications or cancellations if they are requested within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at our support email with your order number. Once an order enters fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be altered.
3. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my watch?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, Standard Shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days, while Express Shipping (where available) takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive an automated tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer reliable shipping to destinations worldwide.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your destination country, your package may be subject to local import duties, customs tariffs, or value-added taxes (VAT). These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 30-day return policy for unworn, unaltered watches in pristine condition. The timepiece must be returned in its original packaging along with all protective plastics, tags, manuals, and accessories intact. For detailed instructions, please consult our full Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because watches are high-value goods, we strictly require using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the item.
