At ThermalCrystal, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a structured return or exchange process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your tracking number confirms delivery to request a return or exchange for your timepiece. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To mitigate risk and protect the value of our inventory, watches must meet strict compliance guidelines to be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be completely unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition, with no signs of wear, scratches, or blemishes.

  • The watch must be in its original packaging, including the presentation box, outer protective coverings, tags, and protective plastics intact.

  • All documentation—including instruction manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and any included tools or promotional accessories—must be returned inside the package.

ThermalCrystal reserves the right to reject returns that show any signs of alteration, links removed, wear, or damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or exchange, please follow our standard operating procedure:

  2. Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the secure return shipping address.

  3. Do not ship items back to us without receiving an official RMA number first. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Secure Logistics: Because timepieces are high-value items, we strictly require that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the watch. ThermalCrystal is not liable for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit back to our facility.

5. Inspection and Processing Time

Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection by our quality assurance team to verify its condition and contents.

  • We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the inspection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or digital wallet) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your timepiece arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please refer directly to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can issue an immediate replacement or refund.
