All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
A separate notification will be sent to you once your order has shipped.
Please note that order processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods or seasonal launches.
We offer reliable shipping options worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days (where available).
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, ThermalCrystal cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to courier delays, severe weather, or customs clearance procedures.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s portal.
ThermalCrystal is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order by your destination country.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

We are not liable for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information provided during checkout.

Every watch shipped by ThermalCrystal is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please follow these steps:
Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photographs, and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the tracking has stalled completely, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
